1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions of the Minco Supply Referral Program. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in an eligible country (CANADA & the US). Only existing customers of Minco Supply can make referrals. Referred friends must be new customers.

3. Referral Rewards

Referrers are awarded a $15 discount for each successful referral, which can be applied to their next purchase. Referred friends receive a 10% discount on their first purchase. Rewards are given after the referred friend’s purchase is confirmed. The purchase made by the person you refer has to be more than $100. You can refer as many people as you want to collect the rewards, however, only a $15 Discount can be applied per order (minimum order: $100). 

4. Use of Personal Information

The personal information collected through the program will only be used for the administration of the program. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Program Rules and Conduct

Participants are expected to use the program in good faith, and not spam or otherwise annoy others when making referrals. Creating multiple accounts to earn referral rewards is prohibited.

6. Termination of Participation

Minco Supply reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if they are found to be violating these terms.

7. Modification and Termination of the Program

Minco Supply reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Minco Supply is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the program or from the receipt or use of referral rewards

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the program, you signify your agreement to these terms.
