Refunds & Returns Policy

Minco Wholesale & Supply Inc. does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our online retail website (shop.mincosupply.com).
Understand what you are purchasing: For example: if you need a N95 mask with a headband, but ordered a KN95 with ear-loops, we will not be responsible for that. Know and understand the items you are purchasing. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: We will work on a case by case basis to investigate broken or lost shipments. We use the following shipping delivery services which offer insurance on all items damaged during transit: UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar. If an item is damaged, please notify us ASAP at [email protected] Please include your order number and description of the damage. We will then work on sending a replacement item directly to our customer.

REFUND POLICIES

We can only review requests for a return or refund if the items delivered are defective.
If the product received has a manufacture defect, Minco Wholesale & Supply Inc. will work directly with the manufacture to replace the defective item.
