Refunds & Returns Policy

Minco Wholesale & Supply Inc. does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our online retail website (shop.mincosupply.com).

Lost or Damaged Shipments: We will work on a case by case basis to investigate broken or lost shipments. We use the following shipping delivery services which offer insurance on all items damaged during transit: UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar. If an item is damaged, please notify us ASAP at info@mincosupply.com. Please include your order number and description of the damage. We will then work on sending a replacement item directly to our customer.

REFUND POLICIES

We can only review requests for a return or refund if the items delivered are defective.If the product received has a manufacture defect, Minco Wholesale & Supply Inc. will work directly with the manufacture to replace the defective item.
