Refund Policy

At Minco Supply we are committed to providing high-quality health and safety products and services to our customers. We understand that there may be times when a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, and we are here to help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. To request a refund, please email our customer service team at info@mincosupply.con with your order number and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees) to the original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received.
    2. The product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
    3. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

We strive to process all refund requests as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
