Subscription Policy
- When you purchase a subscription you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
- Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these orders. When you sign up for our "Subscribe & Save" program, you authorize us to charge your card for each additional order from your subscription.
- Discounts & Coupons won't be applicable for subscription orders.
- You can log in to "My Account" to learn more about your subscription details once you've subscribed to a product and created an account. You will also be able to manage your subscription there.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it after the threshold of five (5) orders after our subscription service has been met.
- If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so after our subscription service has completed five (5) orders.
- All subscription orders receive a 5% discount. Free shipping is only applied to subscription orders of $199.99 or more.
- If you receive free shipping on your first subscription order when subtotal >= $199.99 (after a combination of one-time products and subscription products,) BUT if your subscription renewal order subtotal is not $199.99 or more, then you will be automatically or manually charged shipping.
- You will be charged $9.99 (in Ontario & Quebec) or $19.99 (Rest of Canada & US) if your subscription subtotal is below $199.99
